Additional Support

In addition to Transition training, on-going training and the Cloud Skills Academy, we also offer a Support service to manage your entire user transition plan.

This service includes a Skills Analysis to ensure your users receive the training and support they need to perform their day-to-day duties with minimal disruption during the transition phase. Once up and running, your users can access the Cloud Skills Academy to learn more about Google Apps and additional useful features.

With our Skills Analysis survey, we can help you to discover how your users are currently utilising your business applications, and identify individual training needs in Google Apps.

In addition to Skills Analysis, we can also offer:   

  • Development of custom Cloud Skills Academy modules e.g. best practices, standards, templates and specific Sites features or uses
  • Communication of training events and general user awareness of Google Apps
  • Training co-ordination
  • Cloud Skills Academy user subscriptions

For Google Sites users, we can also provide Sites Branding to match your company's existing website where possible. Once branding has been approved, we will provide detailed instructions on implementing this design in Google Sites, so that your own staff can create new sites using these guidelines.
